Two Jackson Township homes sell for more than $500,000

Two Jackson Township homes recently sold for more than $500,000, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor’s Office. They are:

  • A 2,989-square-foot, four-bedroom home at 7494 Rolling Green Ave. NW, which sold for $510,000.
  • A 3,088-square-foot, four-bedroom home at 5983 Thames Court NW, which sold for $615,000.

The transfers cover Feb. 18 to Feb. 24:

Bethlehem Township

JM Investing LLC from Yoder Dan E, 6624 Woodland Hill Rd SW, $71,500.

Canal Fulton

Davis Jamee R & Timothy J from Partlow Frances, 912 Shackleton Dr, $209,900.
